- Service Cancellations: You may cancel booked services up to 48 hours prior to the service date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Membership Cancellations: Membership can be canceled at any time via your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially used membership periods.
